A Cheshire-based firm’s double Queen’s Awards for Enterprise success has been hailed as an inspiration for its team.
DriveWorks Ltd, which develops software used for automating manufacturing design and business processes, has received the prestigious accolade in both the Innovation and International Trade categories.
The company is among a number of North West businesses to receive a Queen’s Awards for Enterprise in the newly announced 2019 list, but is one of just six in the UK to pick up two.
DriveWorks’ CEO, Glen Smith, says: “We are thrilled to receive these two Queen’s Awards.
“They are tangible recognition of the vision and passion for technology that inspires our entire team.”
Maria Sarkar, vice president of the firm, which helps manufacturing companies of all sizes to realise their digital strategy and has an office in Thelwall, adds: “Our collaborative workspaces and company culture all foster innovation. It’s at the heart of everything we do.
“Everyone here at DriveWorks is incredibly dedicated to creating great, innovative software for our customers all over the world.
“Being recognised with two highly coveted Queen’s Awards for Enterprise inspires us to do even more.”
