Holland & Barrett is opening at the Cavendish Walk retail parade in Huyton Village among a trio of lettings.
The health retailer has taken 1,709 sq ft, while Knowsley Council’s Citizens’ Advice Bureau has agreed to take 589 sq ft of space, both on 10-year leases.
GVA, which manages the Huyton Village scheme, says it has seen increased interest in the area as more and more local people choose to return to its high street.
The Fragrance Shop, which already occupies 577 sq ft, has renewed its lease for a further 10 years.
Sholom Cohen at GVA, says: “Against a challenging retail backdrop, this most recent letting and lease renewal activity at Cavendish Walk significantly demonstrates that there is still good appetite from retailers for the right schemes and locations.
“As a part of our strategy for the scheme, we are focussed on continuing to provide the right retail mix for the local demographic, giving people a reason to visit and return to the parade in Huyton.
“We look forward to continuing to work with local and national retailers to deliver a scheme that works well for the area and continues to provide what shoppers are looking for.”
