JLL has been appointed to manage two commercial property assets in Manchester by Royal London Mutual Insurance Society.
Current occupiers at the 187,000 sq ft 3 Hardman Square include WorldPay, Towergate Insurance and law firm TLT.
Royal London has also instructed the team to manage One New York Street. The 13-storey building (pictured) comprises 108,000 sq ft of office accommodation let to occupiers including Marks & Clerk LLP, AECOM and Turley Associates.
JLL’s capital markets team advised Invesco Real Estate in the sale of the scheme to Royal London at the end of 2017.
JLL has also appointed two new facilities managers via TUPE agreements within the new contracts.
Stephanie Moore, associate director of property and asset management at JLL, says: “Securing these contracts further cements our strong relationship with Royal London in Manchester.
“We now manage over 16 million sq ft of commercial space across the North West for a range of institutional investors.”
