Legacie aims to attract ‘restaurants and boutique shops’ to Baltic scheme

New images of a £90 million mixed-use development for Liverpool’s Baltic Triangle have been revealed.

Parliament Square was granted planning permission in September and will feature a public plaza with retail units and eateries alongside 500 apartments.

Legacie Developments is behind the project, which is being lined up to transform the district’s Greenland Street area.

Legacie Developments plans to create a plaza with restaurants and boutique shops.

The firm, which plans to start work on the scheme in 2019, says there will be “restaurants and boutique shops” alongside the homes and residents’ facilities including a gym and rooftop spa.

The mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments will be spread across four blocks.

A spokesperson for Legacie Developments says: “The development will provide a significant economic boost to the area and will further add to the already thriving and vibrant Baltic Triangle.”

Work is due to get underway on the scheme during late 2019.
