Liverpool Innovation Park attracts nine new signings

Nine new tenants have signed up to Liverpool Innovation Park (LIP) as an office space refurbishment nears completion.

Bargain Tech Limited, Zut Media Limited and AMGB Limited are among the new line-up of occupants at the site, which has been undergoing a period of transformation.

LIP’s owner, the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA), has been turning a previously unoccupied area into suites ranging from 500 sq ft to up to 5,000 sq ft and the new space will be ready later this month.

Other new occupants include Courtyard Continuing Care, Enxray Limited, Bristol Blue Green, Presto Music School, Bedspace Resource and Myti School of Science Ltd.

CBRE is the agent for LIP, which has also seen the introduction of new services and amenities including Bean Coffee shop, dry cleaning, yoga classes and a Ben Dunne gym.

David Tyson, senior surveyor of asset services at CBRE’s Liverpool office, says: “We are delighted to announce nine new lettings at Liverpool Innovation Park.

“The hard work that has been undertaken to maximise the park’s potential is paying off and we are seeing a number of new occupiers attracted to the property thanks to the wide range of occupier services on offer as well as the all-inclusive nature of the tenancies.”

HCA is also anticipating further interest for the park, with senior area manager Carol Sutton adding: “We are confident that the newly refurbished suites launched this month will have a strong appeal to tenants seeking smaller offices with all the benefits that the park has to offer.”
