Software company OneFile has relocated to Arndale House above the Manchester Arndale shopping centre.
The firm, which specialises in learning and development software, has agreed a five-year lease for 10,420 sq ft.
OneFile, which was previously based at Central Park, has made the move as it looks to expand its 85-strong workforce.
Chris Whalley, co-founder and managing director of OneFile, says: “The new offices provide us with a much better location and more collaborative space in which to achieve our vision of shaping the futures of a million by people by 2020.”
The space was acquired for OneFile by Knight Frank.
Mark Bamber, partner at Knight Frank, adds: “Arndale House has recently undergone a great fit-out and that, combined with the location in the heart of the city, is an attractive proposition for companies looking to recruit staff.
“Connectivity with good public transport and having facilities on the doorstep play an important part in making the decision.”
