A mixed-use development could be built near to Liverpool’s Brunswick Business Park under newly submitted plans.
North West Industrial Estates Limited is seeking approval to build new commercial space and apartments on the site, which is currently used as a car park.
If approved the development, which would be up to 11 storeys, would have ground floor space suitable for a range of uses including shops, bars, restaurants, cafés, offices or leisure occupants.
The project, being designed by Falconer Chester Hall architects, would also incorporate 240 one and two-bedroom homes.
The land is surrounded by Brunswick Dock, Summers Road, the Century Buildings (pictured) car parking used by Brunswick Business Park.
