Nando’s will open an eatery at Manchester’s White City Retail Park after signing a 20-year lease for a unit.
The peri-peri chicken chain will join other high street brands including M&S Food Hall, Home Bargains, Currys and recent letting Halfords as it occupies a 3,461 sq ft unit.
The restaurant is expected to open at the park in July 2019.
James Maule-Ffinch, senior asset management for The Derwent Group which owns White City Retail Park, says: “Nando’s is a very popular brand and its addition helps to really strengthen the food and beverage offer at White City Retail Park.
“Occupying a prominent unit at the Chester Road entrance, we expect Nando’s to be an additional footfall generator for the park as a whole and we welcome them to our tenant portfolio.”
