More than 10,000 sq ft of flexible workspace is due to open at Liverpool’s 1 Mann Island development.
Global workspace provider Regus will launch its third business centre in the city this autumn, bringing more than 150 additional workstations to the waterfront site.
The new Mann Island centre will include co-working space, virtual office services, meeting rooms which are bookable by the hour and more than 60 offices of varying sizes.
Richard Morris, Regus’ UK CEO, says: “Liverpool is a city that means business and is attracting investment and visitors from across the world. The area offers excellent value and is a prime spot for firms of all sizes looking for a well-connected base in the North West, so we see it as a natural fit for our flexible workspace offering.
“We expect the facility to be popular with a wide range of users including local small businesses, start-ups and remote workers as well as national firms opening satellite offices and global businesses establishing a footprint in the area.”
Regus has two other flexible workspace centres in the city, one at Exchange Flags and the other at Derby Square.
