Liverpool’s Stonebridge Business Park has attracted a raft of new tenants to its vacant units.
Deals have been agreed on four units at the St. Modwen development with a lease renewal from a current tenant also being secured.
Kitchen and bathroom manufacturer and distributor, Optima Bathrooms has taken the 3,350 sq ft Unit 6 on a five-year lease.
Meanwhile Units 18 and 16, which each total 2,500 sq ft, have been let to Silverfinger Print Ltd and Northern Switchgear Ltd on five-year leases, and the 2,500 sq ft Unit 26 has been taken by Tammany UK Ltd on a three-year lease.
Proflo Engineering Ltd has renewed its tenancy at the 5,652 sq ft Unit 2 with a five-year deal.

Just one unit remains available following the deals at the 30-acre development.
