Pavis Financial Management has promoted Carly Dunningham and Ross Davies to associate directors.
The Liverpool-headquarted financial planning firm has experienced a recent period of growth, increasing its managed funds by 28% to £190 million in the past 12 months.
Dunningham joined the comapny in 2015 as a financial planner and achieved chartered status earlier this year following completion of the Chartered Insurance Institute Advanced Diploma.
Davies (pictured) also joined two years ago as a financial paraplanner following more than a decade in the financial services sector. He began his career with the Financial Services Authority and has since acquired PFS Fellowship status and the IMC qualification in investments.
Bob Newton, managing director of Pavis Financial Management, says: “Our continued business growth is rooted in our ability to build excellent relationships with our clients, which in turn gives them the confidence to trust us with their financial affairs.
“It’s vital, therefore, that we underpin that growth by securing the foundations of our talented team.
“Carly and Ross have become intrinsic to our recent success and the board are delighted to recognise their efforts by appointing them to associate directors.”
