Two new occupiers are heading to Crosby after signing up to take space in St. Modwen’s revitalised village centre.
Village Vets and The Aesthetics Hub are the latest to secure units in the Sefton location.
Village Vets has agreed a 10-year lease to occupy a 3,830 sq ft first floor property at 10 Moor Lane above the new branch of high street fashion chain Peacocks.
The business, which opened its first surgery in Formby in 1953 and was purchased by Kate Higgins and Howard Goatley in 2012, is due to open its facility in November.
Meanwhile The Aesthetics Hub has now begun work to transform a new premises in Glenn Buildings South.
The firm, which specialises in non-surgical treatments and is run by independent nurse prescriber Abbey McLaughlin, will relocate from Waterloo later this year and will be situated above the Card Factory store.
Andrew Day, asset manager at St. Modwen, says: “We are pleased to see that the investment St. Modwen has made in Crosby continues to revitalise the centre and bring a range of new occupiers to the village centre.”
Lambert Smith Hampton represented St. Modwen in both deals.
