Fourteen team members at the North West office of JLL have been promoted as part of a national wave at the agency.
The promotions, across 10 of the firm’s specialisms, include several employees moving up to national director level.
On the commercial property side, Ian Clarke is now a national director in valuation advisory and Richard Wharton (pictured) has taken the post in the office agency team.
Other commercial promotions at JLL include industrial and logistics specialist Richard Johnson and capital markets expert Andrew Hilbourne becoming local directors.
Aditionally, Naomi Kellett is now an associate director in planning consultancy, as is Timothy Price in rating management.
Meanwhile the capital markets team has promoted Jenna McIntyre to senior surveyor, while in property and asset management Jessica Speers is now a senior surveyor and Dan Kelly a surveyor. Matt Gaffey has also joined the team from GL Hearn, as a graduate surveyor.
